Research	Large-scale sequence analysis of marine organisms such as Balanus improvisus, a barnacle, and ecotoxicogenomics. Other projects deal with noncoding RNA genes, as well as the protein components of ribonucleoprotein particles as SRP and RNase P and MRP.
